Its about 5 p.m. I’m sitting here debating on ending this thing or modifying it. I have a dialog going in my head. It’s becoming very hard for me to drink the protein. Part of that is the mistake of buying 4 jugs of the same flavor. I’m dreading it each time. As I said its 5 p.m. and I’ve had 2 shakes and some peanut butter. I’m going to lose weight but it’s going to be muscle.
I also have this coaching thing coming up. 5 day coaching coarse that is like 12 hours a day. I don’t think I can do that and stay on this diet.
Failure is a part of life, I think I am going to throw in the towel on this. That doesn’t mean I am going to go on a binge, I am going to eat healthy. I am going to supplement with the protein I have. But at this point I have made up my mind that I’m not going to be able to do this for 20 more days.
Gunna go bake some chicken breast and vegetables.
1 week is better than 2 days.

Bro, pull yourself together.
Look at the pics on the T-Nation site. The before/after pics didn’t get like that by cheating the diet and work outs. Follow it to a T. It’s only 42 days for the rest 42 years of your life. Get your act together.
Yeah no doubt, I’m sure following this to a T would give great results. Maybe I will try again sometime.
