Yesterday was bad, I didn’t do good. Not that I ate anything, I didn’t. But I didn’t follow the plan. I didn’t get enough protein or enough fuel for my body. I only had 3 protein shakes and I added peanut butter to one of them. I’m lucky if it was 1000 calories. I also didn’t drink enough water. I feel like a zombie this morning. I also didn’t really lose anything on the scale either. Hopefully I didn’t cause too much of a setback by not drinking the shakes regular enough. I just felt like crap all day yesterday.

Today I plan on doing better. More shakes and a workout of some sort to make sure things keep moving along.
