Today is wrapping up. It was a better day than yesterday, but it was still a little rough. I’ve been drinking a lot more water each day so I feel better and the headaches have not been as severe (I don’t blame the headaches on the diet they are a part of my life normally without it so I did not bring them up). But when I get dehydrated or don’t drink enough water the headaches are worse.

On the V-diet you eat one solid meal each week. My solid meal will be tomorrow. It is supposed to be a healthy meal. I will eat something that I consider good food (no fried sugary crap). I am taking my daughter out for her birthday so I will most likely eat and enjoy every single bite of that meal with her at a restaurant tomorrow.

I probably need to take more of the fish oil tabs too. So I will start working on that. Going to also order some other flavors of protein. Oh, and I am definitely going to be taking in more fiber (flax seed) because I need it (not going to go into details on this)

As you can see from the graph over on the right, this mornings weight was 219.4

I can’t wait for my solid meal tomorrow.
