Almost 3 days down. Or.. 14 shakes (I have 1 left today). Let me get the scale out of the way first.

220.4 So almost another pound down. When I was making this graph I entered the weights as 230′s and didn’t catch it till just now. I feel like I just lost 10 lbs. LOL.

Today I did some kettlebell work. I did 25 warm up’s (I dunno what they are called I just swing the weight around my waist transferring from one hand to the other) And then I did 25 swings. It wasn’t much but it got my back nice and warm. I plan on working out 3 times a week for the rest of this thing. So I will do a decent workout Friday. And go from there.

When i ordered my protein powder I ordered 4 4lb jugs of strawberry banana flavored powder. I knew that it was easy to drink, I had used it before so I went with what I knew. Then i bought some vanilla powder from Wally World to start this before the other jugs got here. It turns out I like the vanilla more. So that’s sort of like a treat I give myself each day.. 1 vanilla drink.

I will probably buy a few other flavors to try since I need more than what I have to last the whole 6 weeks (the 28 days and then 2 weeks step off).

I find myself really looking forward to that first meal. I was watching a TV show and saw a bunch of homemade bread and my mouth started watering. I guess thats the first real craving I have had.

Two more side effects I have noticed. 1) My sense of smell is amazing. I can smell food from a mile away now I think.. LOL 2) I am really irritable. I feel like ripping someones head off and shitting down their throat. so maybe I should work out more to help get rid of that feeling.
