I will call today Day 0 because I am starting the Velocity Diet tomorrow. I plan to do the diet for 28 days.

Basically you drink nothing but protein drinks for 28 days. You throw in some almond butter and flax seed for fiber and some extra calories as needed. I decided it was time for me to do something drastic. Slow and steady isn’t winning the race for me, I just keep falling further and further behind.
I will try to post a blog here each day, and I may make a few videos and put them on youtube and imbed them here. I will post my before pictures and my measurements tomorrow morning (day 1) as well. I’ve told a few people about this and the response is the same from most of them, they think I am crazy and that I will fail miserably. I think some of them also believe this is going to kill me. I guess if it does, I will be at 0% bodyfat by this time next year.
